P43080 is not working as expected

Hi, I am using JDE9.1 and our Purchase order is set for re approval through P4310 processing open 10 Approval, with option 4 - re approval of changed line.

This option is set to 2. As I want order to go for re-approval only of extended price is changed. If date is changed order should not go on hold.

This the correct expectation from system.
