How Work Request Completion Notification can be send to Dispatcher or Customer Centre Executive

Hi guys

How Work Request Completion Notification can be send to Dispatcher or Customer Centre Executive.

Means to say is there  any seeded profile against when Field Service Technician    complete the his work on client site   he  change the status of WR  to complete status ,  against which Work Request Completion Notification should  be send to either to Dispatcher or  Customer Centre Executive .
