Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Difference between siebel 8.0(siebel8.0.0.6) and siebel 8.1(latest Innovation pack)

Hi,

Am looking for consolidated features that makes siebel 8.1(including latest IP) different and better that siebel 8.0(specifically 8.0.0.6).

Basically this is required to present to client as to why they should move to 8.1 from 8.0.0.6. We are using call centre application.
