Not able to open Examine for my login

Hi,

I am not able to open examin (Help -> Diagnostics -> Examine) from my login due to following error message.

Function is not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your system adminstrator

However i am able to open the same with other(colleague) login. I missed set some profile option at user level.

can i know those profile options.
