Integrity Issue when ISS Promotion Verify SubProcess runs in workflow process manager component

Hi,

We have noticed that the ISS Promotion Verify SubProcess workflow is returning error as Promotion 'XXX' has active associated assets which need to be updated.

This error comes if we invoke the BS: Context Service Wrapper Service Method: QuotesAndOrdersValidate in a workflow running in workflow process manager server component. However, if we invoke the same workflow in application object manager for the same order, the error does not come.

Is there any limitation around usage of this business service?
