execute to parse ratio is much lower after upgrade oracle database from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4

Hi, we run statspack this year and have last year's 2014 statpack report.  we are doing stress-testing to system that means before put application change to production, we stress-tested the system  by simple data set, non-uniform distributed load, with high transactions volume in the middle of test,to make sure system component is OK and no critical defects. The test last 7 hours long. Snap take 1 hour.

Compared with 2014 statpack, execute to parse % was found dropped to 50-70% this year 2015.  It was above 94% last year.  I found some single SQL select statement from dual was reported at 'SQL by Parse', I'm confused, can they be tuned?   Below is SQL
