Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

RAC UPGRADE

Hi ,

Can you please let me know is the below upgrade is possible.

Current Setup

     1. Grid (11.2.0.2)

     2. Database - 5 Instances (11.2.0.2)

Upgrade Plan

     1.Grid (11.2.0.4)

     2. Database - One by One After stablization.

My Question is it possible to upgrade GIRID from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 and then upgrade the 5 Database instances from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 one by one. Keeping a weeks time for upgrade between instances ??

If any note avialbe for this plan please do let me know.
