R12.1.3 - How to setup Inventory transactions with no effects in Installed Base

Hello,

For a specific internal procedure we would like to define a new inventory transaction , in order to move parts Inside our warehouse locations, and be sure there is no effects in the Installed base.

What is the setup for such transaction ?

Or - maybe  - is there a document describing this setup ?
