PO Getting Auto Submit for approval

Hi,

We have noticed, post enabling the Change Order Template at PO level,  any changes done in the dispatched PO,  the status changes from dispatched to pending approval without waiting for the buyer to finish his all the amendments. AWE is enabled here.

We have an requirement here, We want it shouldn't be like that, if any changes done after PO is dispatched, buyer will click on change order and after finishing his changes, will click on submit for approval icon(Just like the PO send for first Time for approval) , instead of going for approval to approvers automatically.

Noticed it behaves In virtual approval functionality in 9.0 version. Since we are moving to 9.2, we want to same way to work here with awe enabled.
