Payables tranmission setup. Confirm the correct combination for the sftp transmission configuration

We have been trying a few combinations with the transmission setup. Please can you confirm the correct combination for the sftp transmission configuration (Secure File Transfer Protocol for Static File Names):

A. FTP Account Username/FTP Account Password

B. Client Private Key File/Client Private Key Password

C. FTP Account Username/Client Private Key File/Client Private Key Password

NB: Trying to set this combination up with the use of FTP Account Username/FTP Account Password
