unable to join a pdf receipt that contains more than one page when submitting an expense report

Since February,  some users  are not able anymore to  join pdf receipts that contain more than one page : it hangs and nothing happens so they have to cancel the operation.

The profil UPLOAD_FILE_SIZE_LIMIT is only defined at responsibility level, and not for the responsibility used by the users.

This profil didn't change.

What could be the reason?
