Why in Inventory the receipts are without tax amount?

Hi Team,

I have a purchase order with non recovery tax amount, this purchase order is approved. When the user enter the receipt in Inventory, the receipt amount is only the unit cost entered in purchase order line, without tax amount. What is the logical of Inventory or what is the reason for that the receipt not include the total amount with non recovery tax amount?
