Oracle R12 - customer address in THAI language without THAI installation.

Hi,

I have a question here. Need to understand if it is possible to allow customer address or item description to be entered in THAI, even when the THAI language is not installed? I checked FND_LANGUAGES and INSTALLED_FLAG for THAI is D. No other language is installed except Base language.

When I open frontend, the login page only shows option of English under Select a  Language. But when I opened a customer site, I see the address enetered in THAI.

How this can be achieved, if I need to do the same for a different language other than THAI.
