Updating Install date of ATO model does not cascade to ATO Configured item or level 2 child records
When a user updates install date on ATO model in the install base, we are expecting that install date change will cascade to level 2, level 3 components in IB but it is not happening.
The current install dates are:
23-Mar-2015 11:02:32 (ATO MODEL)
23-Mar-2015 11:01:05 ( ATO Configured Item).. This is a child record in IB configuration
When I update ATO model to 10-APR-2015. I was expecting that child record will also get updated but that did not happen.
Do the install dates have to be exact match (to the seconds) for changes in parent record to also trigger similar change in child records ?
