Siebel - Citrix integration
Hi Oracle community,
We have Siebel 8.1.1.11 (High Interactivity) deployed in our call centers and retailer offices since 6 months.
You can find below the common features of the Application :
- Inbound calls are managed by the CTI Driver of Busher & Sutter
- Users log to the CRM through Citrix Xenapp (version 6), using windows XP and Internet Explorer 8
We are facing several random issues using Siebel with Citrix (sessions crash randomly, popup applets stay opened even when force closing, CTI Toolbar hangs or become greyed,...).
For now, we didn't find the right solution, we have applied all the recommendations we found in Oracle Support, it has improved the behaviour in a certain manner but not as we wanted to.
