Merge supplier function doesn't copy relations of the "From Supplier" towards the "To Supplier"

I ran a test and didn't get the expected result.

If I merge a supplier to a new one, the relations that were on the original supplier are not copied over the new supplier.

This is the test I ran:

 

• I have a supplier AAF Canada with one site named Sartelon
• This supplier/site has an active relation for the Remit-To function. The relation’s active date is today.
• That relation supplier name is Abats-jours illimites and its site name is Jean-Talon
• I create an invoice against AAF Canada, site Sartelon and associated the remit-to supplier name stated above.
• Then I merged AAF Canada with supplier Aaron Richmon. I selected the box “Copy Site”. I also mentioned to update all the invoices.
