Double Authentication when using ARM

Using 11.1.2.4, after logging into Hyperion workspace and selecting File>Open>FCM>ARM, users are required to enter their user ID and password again.

My client would like to know if we can avoid the double authentication since they will only be using ARM and no other modules in FCM.  Is this possible?

This would be similar to opening an HFM application, it does not require you to authenticate again.  Thanks.
