Changing Asset Type in Mass Addiitons Workbench

I have an issue where assets come into the Mass Additions work bench as either expensed or capitalized and I need to change the asset type to the correct value. Oracle will not let me do this. I don't have a problem with deleting the addition, but is there an easy way to copy the asset so I don't have to re-enter everything.
