Changing Profile Segment

In 11.1.2.4, I created the profile segment as follows:

Legal Entity - text

Business Unit - integer

Account - integer

I created a new profile with the following segment:  ProgVentures - 50998 - 145004.  After saving the profile, below is how it displayed in the Profiles List.

I selected the profile to edit

Selected the 'pencil icon' to make the change

It is correct at this screen so could not make any changes.  However note the display on top - the legal entity is on the 3rd segment.

Is there a limitation on the number of characters for the text field?  My other profiles with a shorter LE is working fine.
