Does anybody know how to fix an error that says "Fetch from cache F76MUI411 failed" ?

There are a couple of SAR's (8945455 and 8945290) but I have not been able to find an ESU. I have the Mexico localization turned on, and the error pops when trying to enter a voucher using P0411, can anyone help? The error pops after entering the voucher line when pressing ok to go to the GL distribution, on the screen where the withholdings should appear the screen with the error pops up, in the attachment you can see the specific procedure I am following.
