Setting up Threshold Limit for Manual Price update in Sales Order Line

Hi,

We have a requirement like, users are allowed to modify selling price in Sales order line level for which we have given a manual Modifier and overide access. but now they are expecting to have some threshold basis control during the modification , like the user should not modify the price below than the Minimum Selling Price.

Is this requirement can be handled with any of our standard features?
