How to Extend an Expire Service Contracts after Acceptance of Quotation.

HI!

One of my Scenario is that  After completion of Service Warranty Contract again Send Quotation to customer for extension of Service Contract and Negotiation with Customer after Acceptance Quotation from Customer extend an Expired Service Warranty Contract. how can do it in system.kindly explain or any one have documents kindly share it.
