ESU for bug 17823417 on tools release 9.1.3

Hi All,

We have similar situation with bug 17823417 (WRONG OV BY OVERRIDING CURRENCY OF LANDED COST). The documentation says that this bug is closed with "Code Change/ESU:  SAR:17823417".

So we have to applied ESU JL22565. But the problem is that ESU released for 9.0 while we're on 9.1.3.

Is it save to apply that ESU on 9.1.3? Or should it have been covered in our tool release?

If not, which ESU should I apply?
