OSM 7.2.4.1 FulfillmentStateExtensionMap - onOrderItemFulfillmentStateUpdated not executed

Hi,

We upgraded OSM from 7.2.2.4 to 7.2.4.1 using the scripts provided. Post upgrade things are working fine, but there is one issue. Somehow FulfillmentStateExtensionMap - onOrderItemFulfillmentStateUpdated is not getting executed.

Just want to check if O2A 2.0.1 is fully compatible with OSM 7.2.4.1 or this kind of issues can occur as internal jar files have also been upgraded in 2.1.0 version.

Or can there be some other reason for this behavior.
