can't login to LDOM logical domain server Error open_pam_conf: /etc/pam.conf writable by group

Hi all

i have T4-2 Sparc server configured By LDOM and 3 logical domain server (database ,application and BI) i cant login to database server throw any remote or direct connection  the error appear to me (open_pam_conf: /etc/pam.conf writable by group) 

after investigation and search i found that the etc directory has been changed by someone to read only what i am looking for is how to restore the default permission to the database logical domain server
