How to configure mail notifications for only one database

Haii all,

I configured 12c OEM cloud control . I configured 8 databases. I'm able to configure mail notifications for all the databases as default. But i want to configure only to one database.

I created new incident rule set for one database but it is not working.

Can anyone please help me on this.
