R12.2 Labour Costing using Payroll Actuals

When we select this method I understand that labour costs are not costed by Project Costing but are interfaced from Oracle Payroll by running   PRC: Process Payroll Actuals.

Will Labour Costing using Payroll Actuals work in an Oracle Grants Accounting environment.
