R12.1.3 : Post Upgrade Patch Failed "Not Possible to spawn any processes on on the database"
Hello,
We have completed the Upgrade from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4 database , the interoperability note ( Doc ID 1058763.1 ) was followed for upgrade.
The post upgrade patches mentioned in section 24
"Apply post-upgrade ECX patch
If you are on E-Business Suite Release 12.0, apply ECX Patch 9922442. If you are on E-Business Suite Release 12.1, apply Patch 9151516."
When I tried to apply Patch 9151516 it ended up with an error message. It says, Database has exceeded the Maximum no of processes.
The processes limit has been set to very high and I believe that's not the issue.
Could you please advise on this.
I 'm uploading log files for the same.
