Inventory Commitment Preference in P4210 does not affect R47011

In my case I would like to override MCU set in F47011 and F47012 to one that I've set in Inventory Commitment Preference 06 for specific clients. We need to split some orders between two warehouses.

With my current setup it's not working.

I wonder if this should work or not?
