R12 iReceivables External User Account

HI All,

We are trying to setup iReceivables Responsibility for External User,

Here are the steps which you can follow

1) Created contact in the AR customers html form

2) Assigned the self-service role to the contact

3) In System administrator responsbility, defined User and selected the created / assigned self-service contact from the LOV at the Customer field

4) Assigned the Responsibility "iReceivables Account Management" to the user.

When we are trying to Login with the new user created above, after clicking on the Customer Access Menu, we are getting the Error :
