How can we make call from CTI with using of extension number?

Hi,

How can we make call from CTI with using of extension number?

For example, customer has an work phone number with extension number. User enters phone number on CTI field 'Work Edit' and launches command MakeCall. When from Genesys comes EventEstablished, user should to enter extension number.

What command can send extension number in Genesys?
