Has anyone experienced Compatibility View issues when using Oracle cMRO on IE11?

We have experienced a few issues on cMRO where various buttons will not work if your Internet Explorer Version 11 Compatibility View settings are set for your Oracle Application URL. We have also experienced the opposite, where if your Compatibility View Settings are not set, then various buttons will not function properly in cMRO.
