How do I remvoe or replace trusted certs in my Oracle wallet w/ the orapki command line tool?

We have struggled w/ configuring secure JDBC w/ our application servers. When I import my user_cert I receive an error that all trusted certs must be there. I knew that and did that or so I thought. At any rate we cannot get around this and I can't find any information to "remove" or "replace" certs in the wallet from the command line. The graphical tool is not an option.
