Basket Adjustment with Different UOM's

I would like to create an enhanced basket adjustment using items that have different UOMs.

For example;

We'll call my enhanced basket "TEST" and it contains the item assortment below. 

Item Number	UOM
123	EA
456	PR
789	ST

Then i would like to create my adjustment within the schedule with a from level 3.  So buy 1, 123, 1, 456, and 1, 789, (or any combination thereof) and receive a discount.  Is there a way to set this up?
