OKA log files management

Dear all,

after few months of production activities, we found out on our ODA Base VM that the / (50GB size) was almost full (98%).

Looking in details about the most consuming folder, we saw that more than 40GB were taken by the OAK log files in /opt.

Apparently oak log file itself seems to be regularly purged, but some core and txt files not
