Unable to connect to SmartView using MSAD account 11.1.2.3

Hello,

New to here and to Oracle Essbase so please bear with me! . We have currently deployed EPM System 11.1.2.3 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and have set up MSAD authentication through Shared Services Console. It is able to pull my AD account user details when searching for it via Shared Services Console and connection test to AD server is successful, however this is what happens:

Excel --> Smart View Ribbon -> Panel --> Share Connections --> Log-in prompt: Enter my AD account details (Success!) --> Oracle Essbase --> Expand 'EssbaseCluster-1' --> Log-in prompt: Enter my AD account (Fail! - Invalid credentials)
