Need suggestions on best approach for bulk loading Competencies into an MLS environment (2 Languages

We are Implementing Competency Management and need to bulk upload Competency definition information in 2 Languages and would like to hear from previous experiences.

Can this be done using web ADI or do we have to use the competency API's or is it going to be a long Manual task.

The Competency KFF has been configured with 2 segments assigned with 2 Empty value sets and Dynamic Inserts.
