EM12c and Microsoft Active Directory

Ok, it has been awhile since I tried to integrate Microsoft Active Directory with anything.  I know before there were issues that could possibliy break the active directory.  In trying to research this for a client, I found this video.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovvHY33oOtQ  I looks simple enough; however, I have a few questions.

1. The weblogic interface makes no reference to any of the OEM standard groups (Admin_Server and OMS_Server)?

2. Was there additional steps that were minimized that need to be identified?
