Change Shared Services Database Password

HFM Version 11.1.2.1

We arerequired to change database password and I am having some problems.

We had DBA change database password for Foundations, HFM and FDM on the Oracle database Schema.

Stopped Services on Foundations, HFM, FDM and REporting servers.

Launched Configtool.bat -enableregtask

"Setup Shared Servcices and Registry Database Connection associated with the instance home:

Selected Connect to a previously configured Shared Services database.

Database Type = Oracle's Driver (Thin)

Server = Server.domain.com

Port is same

Service name is now blank - entered service name (Database Name)

User name is now blank - entered FOUNDATION

Password - entered new password.
