Looking for information on creating a script to start and stop my services

Enterprise Server, Deployment Server, Web Server = Windows Server 2008 R2

Oracle OAS Web Server

Oracle database 11g

We just had a production issue whereby the HTML server would not start. It has

been resolved now. Turned out it was due to persistent lock and jms.state file.

So far, we have been restarting Windows server (through scheduled script)

without properly stopping the JDE services first. Also, when we need to reboot

our Oracle DB, we didn't do anything to JDE servers beforehand.

Our question is how can we create a script to stop the JDE enterprise service, HTML
