How do I monitor a standalone database I have on the same server as I have EM installed?

I installed Enterprise Manager on a server (in a separate ORACLE_HOME including the EM Repository on this same server) that I also have a standalone database on.  I want to be able to monitor this standalone database from Enterprise Manager.  How do I do that?  Do I need to add it as a Target?  If so, how?
