Is it possible to view the data definition file for the seeded Payments definition, "Oracle Payments

We want to create a new data definitions for the Payments process in Oracle Payables.  We thought we could copy an existing Data Definition and modify it, but this option is not availble.  When we opened the exisiting data definition. "Oracle Payments Funds Disbursement Payment Process Request Extract 1.0", it did not have a file attached for us view or edit.  It appears that Funds Disbursement is a special case and is not like creating or modifying the data definition for a report.

1. Is it possible to create a Data Definition for the Payments process?

2. Is there documentation on how to do it since it appears that it is not a standard case?
