Missing Opportunity for Lead

I have a Lead record and converted it to an Opportunity.  So originally that Lead record has an associated Opportunity to it.  But for some reason, that Opportunity got detached from that Lead so that Lead does not have any associated Opportunity anymore

I looked under Master Audit Trail but I don't see how that Opportunity can be removed from that Lead.  Is there a way to find out who or how that Opportunity got detached from that Lead?
