I need to confirm that Oracle database 12.1.0.1 Standard Edition is available for Windows 2012 64 bi

I need to confirm that Oracle database 12.1.0.1 Standard Edition is available for Windows 2012 64 bit. 12.1.01 is not certified on Windows 2012 R2 and 12.1.0.2 is not available as Standard Edition. I need to find out whether 12.1.0.1 Standard is available for Windows 2012  (not R2). I've searched for an Oracle note but can't find one.
