Equivalent of 'Could Not Plan' in ASCP

Dears,

In 11i we were using MRP and we had an Action Message :'Could Not Plan' for a product.

Whenever this appears in Action Messages we could know that No Validity Rule exist for this Product or there is something wrong in the Validity Rule.

We are now on R12 and we are using ASCP - Unconstrained Plan.

What is the equivalent message of this Action Message in ASCP?

Do we need any extra setup to have this kind of Action Messages?
