How to update Usage Based Item Line service Contract on monthly basis?

Hi !

After Completing Usage Based Item Line service Contract in Service Contract, how can i update Usage Based Item Line service Contract every month for Billing & invoicing charged to Clients.

Need Help if any one have documents kindly share it to me.
