unable to perform component pick release

I have encountered an issue on one assembly where system is prohibit me to perform component pick release for this assembly only even though we have sufficient on hand quantity.

1.CREATE FLOW SCHEDULE

2.ALL ON HAND QUANTITIES AVAILABLE

3.RUN FLOW COMPONENT PICK RELEASE

4.ENCOUNTER ERROR MESSAGE : 'None of the Material Requirements for the selected components could be allocated. Please re-query to view the open requirements'

I got the checklist for component pick release from knowledge and my assembly and component are fulfilled in this checklist.

1- Material must be defined at a valid line operation

A: fulfilled

2- Status must be Open
