facing the issue while crosschecking the database backup.

below is the error message getting !!

RMAN-08167: WARNING: CROSSCHECK encountered a piece that was in use

backup piece handle=XXXX_INC1_oraclerac01_6254_1_20150407_3eq3olmu_1_1 RECID=6245 STAMP=876369630

i was trying to delete the older backup peice manually from rman , but throwing same error.

Please suggust how  to resolve this .
