make only Oracle FSG output direct to notepad, other concurrent outputs by web

Hi, do you know how to make only Oracle FSG output direct to notepad, and the other concurrent outputs by web window? I made one change in my regedit and FSG is opened direct by notepad but also all the outputs of concurrents
