How to add new database in OEM Command line

Hi,

Is there way to add new databases in command line in 12c Cloud?? its real pain going through each and every screen navigating and editing the database/scan/hostname details

If any option to add database via command line , so we can script them and pass the new database details with desired naming convention for scan host,database name etc.,

Please help me if we have such option available
